Want to get involved in the Marcus PTSA?
We are looking for 2 representatives from each grade level to join us. We are looking for students with initiative to share thoughts and ideas to help make Marcus even better. This year, the new 9th grade campus provides an interesting dimension for the leadership students.

Accreditation also ensures that graduates’ credits will transfer to other colleges, as well as be accepted by potential employers. To make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
Marcus PTSA is a unique organization in that students can join the PTSA and lend their voice to the other members in an effort to help create a stronger educational system locally and throughout Texas. Closer to home, the students can go further and join the PTSA Board and help shape the direction at Marcus!

2. Fill it out send it to our PTSA President and Secretary. At an upcoming board meeting, the applications will be reviewed students will be appointed to the board.
Ten PTSA Scholarships for $500 each will be available for Marcus 2014 seniors. The recipients of a PTSA scholarship must be a 2014 graduate and a member of the Marcus PTSA, prior to January 31, 2014. Selection is based upon a variety of factors that emphasize merit, not simply academic or financial need. Merit is demonstrated through evidence of motivation, school and community involvement, and a desire to succeed. The deadline for the applications will be Friday, April 25th by 4pm.
