The Marcus HS PTSA once again had a dunk tank at the carnival and several teachers & administrators got very wet and were great sports as usual. Thanks to the volunteers who worked the booth and helped the kids have a blast.

The MHS College Fair is Monday evening. 7:00 – 8:30p in the Marcus cafeteria. Over 50 colleges, universities, and other schools will be represented. This is a great way for sophomores and juniors to begin the college process.

Just a reminder that our final Membership Meeting will be next Tuesday, April 21, 2015 @ 9:30a in Marcus 9 Library Classroom (9209)! We have two main business items: election of the 2015-16 Board and setting a starting budget for next year.

Darkness is coming for an hour on Saturday. The World Wildlife Fund’s annual Earth Hour is celebrating its 9th anniversary this weekend.
Earth Hour was famously started as a lights-off event in Sydney, Australia in 2007. Since then it has grown to engage more than 162 countries and territories worldwide. Earth Hour 2015 is on 28 March 2015, 8:30 pm.

The In-N-Out Burger food truck will be serving delicious burgers at Marcus before the PTSA meeting. Tickets are $5 and available for purchase during all lunches on 1/28. The Circle of Friends Club is sponsoring this event to help raise funds for their Grand Ball.
